As The MomCo Meet Up of Alexandria Free Methodist Church we strive to provide a place for working mothers and young mothers to find a place of belonging and realize their potential as mothers, women, and leaders by networking with each other and growing in their knowledge of who God created them to be.

When Do We Meet?

Playground Meet Ups

Meet Ups

  • We will have a more casual playground meet ups on the 1st Saturday of the month at various locations within walking distance from the church from 9:15-11:30am. On these days we start at the church and then head over to the playground.
  • Please contact us for more information on the current playground location.
  • Our regular Monthly Meetings take place on  the 3rd Saturday of the month between 9:15-11:30am. These meetings will take place in the Gathering Place of the Alexandria Free Methodist church. This is the building across the driveway from the main church building. 
  • These meetings will have limited KidsCo childcare offered on a first come, first served basis.

How to Join Us?


  • Please fill out the registration form below so we know you are coming! Please note that this form does not officially register you for MOMCo Membership or our KIDSCo program.
  • If you select that you need childcare we will send you an additional email for you to officially sign up for that. If you wish to become a member that will be discussed more at your first meeting with us.

KIDSCo Childcare

  • We offer childcare during our Monthly Meetings in a limited capacity on a "first come, first served basis" for children ages 12 weeks old to 2nd grade. Due to our desire to follow Virginia guidelines for child to staff ratios, we may not be able to accommodate everyone with childcare needs. Please pre-register to reserve space for your child or children. We also allow children in our meetings as needed.
  • All our volunteers are background checked and receive training by the Alexandria Free Methodist Church in childcare policies and procedures.
  • We have two different classes:
    •  Our Nursery Class for children ages 12 weeks to 2 years old. 
    • Our Preschool/ Lower Elementary Class for potty-trained children ages 3 to 2nd grade. This class utilizes the KIDSCo Curriculum by The MOMCo.
  • We are always looking for more KIDSCo Volunteers. If you know anyone willing and able to help with childcare please contact us for more information.
